Best four nights in Phuket! Thank you, Sam, for making us feel at home. Discounted tours, clean rooms, and a unique "review wall" downstairs. Snacks available all day and perfect location, just a 5-minute walk to a quiet beach with plenty of food options nearby. When I return to Phuket, I'll definitely call Sam to book again.

No elevator

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. One advantage I enjoyed was the strong and reliable wifi throughout the hotel.

the lack of an elevator made it difficult to bring heavy luggage up to higher floors without assistance.

Mind-blowing experience! Sam, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay ENJOYABLE. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, free coffee and toast, beach towels, and strong Wi-Fi. Sam even acted as our tour guide and took us to beautiful spots around. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The host treated us like family and even gave me medicine when I had a stomach issue. The room was clean and quiet, and we loved the strong free wifi and delicious free breakfast. The hotel's proximity to Kata beach made it a perfect choice for us, as we prefer quiet and clean beaches like Kata over the busier Patong beach. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation experience!

Stayed at a lovely hotel in Kata Beach with a warm, welcoming host. The owner, let's call him Sam, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. He even took us out to try the best seafood on the island! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the included breakfast with toast, cookies, bananas, and coffee. It was the best hotel experience we had during our trip. The attention to detail, like beach towels and thoughtful notes, made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay!

Sam and Kee make you feel like family, and the hotel has all the amenities you need. The location is a perfect base for exploring the town. I especially enjoyed the "convenient" traffic noise outside my window.
